Keroty - Farm Machinery Dealer in Bayannur, Inner Mongolia

The 'Third Sister' and her husband Gao, farm machinery dealers in Bayannur, Inner Mongolia, have worked the industry for nearly 30 years - first in machinery repair, then in sales, with business reaching as far as 500 kilometers away. The two sides first connected online and finally met in person after several near misses. When Keroty products entered the Inner Mongolia market in May, Gao quickly mastered their performance and has been running field demonstrations ever since, rapidly opening the local market. The Third Sister knows machines and, even more, understands users. Factory and dealer trust each other, move forward together, and help each other succeed.

Deep Roots: Three Decades of Dedication

In the farm machinery community of Bayannur, Inner Mongolia, the "Third Sister" and her husband Gao have worked the industry for nearly 30 years. They started out in 1999 repairing farm machinery. For more than a decade, with grease on her hands, the Third Sister studied equipment alongside her husband - when the workshop was short-handed, she could disassemble and reassemble a tractor on her own, building solid mechanical skills. In 2013 the couple moved into machinery sales, visiting village after village and promoting equipment unit by unit, earning customer trust through expertise and sincere service, and extending their business as far as 500 kilometers away.

From Online Connection to On-the-Ground Market Development

The Third Sister first connected with Keroty through social media. She had long been posting short videos about farm machinery, and the Keroty team followed her content closely - they knew each other well online but had never met in person. She once visited the Keroty factory, but the staff were away on business and the meeting never happened. In July this year, the team traveled to Inner Mongolia for market visits and finally sat down with the couple.

Few women work in the farm machinery industry, and even fewer build a dealership into a local market leader. The Third Sister understands how the machines work, and more importantly she listens to what farmers in the field actually need - she knows machines, and she knows people. After Keroty products officially entered the Inner Mongolia market in May, Gao tested them first-hand right away, quickly mastering the machines' performance and key operating points, then organized a series of field demonstration events that drew an enthusiastic response in the local farming community.
